Literally...a life saver!!! Amazing response to a trapped pigeon behind our gas fireplace! It had been there for 2 days and we didn't know what to do! The guys turned up, calmly, professionally and cleanly, removed the fireplace enough to reach behind, rescue the pigeon and safely release out the front door! Superb job...even if not maybe their usual call out! Even managed to clean around, service, test and tidy up the fireplace at the same time....killing two birds with one stone. Sorry! Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again...but hopefully for a new fireplace rather than another pigeon! Thanks again guys.
